Information that is recorded

• Technical request information such as IP, browser, operating system, device type, time, page, and referrer.
• Information voluntarily entered in the contact form or collaboration opportunity.
• Resume, photo, and introduction video that you upload for the collaboration application review.
• Interactive events and anonymous cookie identifiers for aggregate statistics and abuse prevention.
• Approximate network or location information is only available if it exists in the infrastructure headers without user permission request.

Response management, handling collaboration requests, security, fraud control, improving user experience, generating management reports, and fulfilling legal requirements.

Cookies, Measurement Tags, and Geolocation

The website uses anonymous and secure cookies to identify sessions and count participation. Google Tag Manager is managed with Consent Mode and a default 'No Consent' status; in this state, analytical and advertising storage is disabled. Google Analytics only receives access to analytical storage after explicit user consent, and the user's choice is retained in their browser. Technical events such as page type, clicks, scrolling, downloads, media interactions, form validation results, and user experience metrics are measured without names, phone numbers, emails, or text entered in forms. The website does not request permission from the user to obtain the precise location of their device.

Maintenance and Access

Analytical data is retained by default for up to 365 days, contact messages and collaboration files for up to 730 days, and expired access codes for up to 30 days. Photos, resumes, and introduction videos are stored in a private space, with access limited to the applicant and authorized users involved in the recruitment process.

Sharing and Protection

Information will not be shared with third parties. Infrastructure providers are only involved in hosting and technical processing. Communications are protected with HTTPS, role-based access, and management event logging.
